Tyrepower Hobart JackJumpers Game Ticket Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Tyrepower Hobart JackJumpers Game Ticket Giveaway Competition (the "Competition") is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees of Tyrepower Hobart and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

2. Competition Period:

2.1 The Competition will commence on December 11th, 2023, and conclude on January 29th, 2024 ("Competition Period").

3. Entry:

3.1 To enter the Competition, participants must make a purchase of $100 or more at Tyrepower Hobart during the Competition Period.

3.2 For every $100 spent, participants will receive one entry into the draw. For example, a $400 purchase will result in four entries.

3.3 Entries are limited to one entry per $100 spent.

4. Prizes:

4.1 The main prize consists of two courtside tickets to the JackJumpers game on 04/02/2024, valued at over $800.

4.2 Additional prizes include:

- JackJumpers Jersey signed by the 2023/24 Team

- Four $100 Tyrepower Gift Vouchers

4.3 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

4.4 No change given on vouchers, must be used in full in one transaction.

5. Draw Date and Winner Announcement:

5.1 The draw will take place on January 30th, 2024.

5.2 The draw will be conducted live on HOFM, and the winners will be announced on Tyrepower Hobart's Facebook page.

5.3 Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided during the entry.

6. Prize Collection:

6.1 Winners must collect their prizes within 14 days of being notified of their win.

6.2 Failure to collect the prize within the specified period may result in forfeiture.

7. Publicity:

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry details for promotional purposes.

8. General Conditions:

8.1 Tyrepower Hobart reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Tyrepower Hobart’s control.

8.2 Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Tyrepower Hobart.

8.3 The decision of Tyrepower Hobart regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.


By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
